Hey, I’m Grae!

I created Grae Hood Photography for every person who doesn’t see themselves in traditional wedding photography.

As an LGBTQIA+-owned business, GHP is for the queers, the rebels and the weirdos, no matter what that looks like.

If that sounds like you, let’s fuckin’ go! If not, check this out instead.

Inclusivity matters

Inclusivity matters

Every love story is important. It doesn’t matter what your backgrounds, identities or abilities are.

What matters is you found love and you’re ready to celebrate the hell out of it.

And that celebration deserves to be a place where you and your loved ones all feel comfortable to be their full selves.

Inclusivity and accessibility is my jam - so much so that Quirky Weddings even gave me an award about it. (I wrote a bunch more about that here.)

A circular badge for the 2025 Quirky Wedding Awards with colorful confetti background and the words "The Quirky Wedding Awards" in purple and black, and "Highly Commended" written around the edge.

Your wedding day goes by in a blur. But your photos won’t.

Get wedding photos you’ll keep coming back to because you can’t get over how killer your day was.

Jaw-dropping, Time-stopping photos

A couple dressed in formal attire, one in a bold red Indian dress, sitting on a wooden and rattan bench, with the woman in a red dress and veil, and the man in a black suit, engaged in conversation.
Absolutely incredible. They made the entire wedding party feel totally at ease and enhanced everyone’s overall experience.
